Welcome to Paradise! I'm Sandy (yes, like the beach) and I can't wait to assist you in finding your perfect Florida home.

I was born and raised in Upstate NY. I began my journey south with a few stop offs, eventually landing in Kentucky. I consider that my "where I'm from" state, but sunny Riverview, Florida is my home.

Riverview is a wonderful place to live. It's located just on the outskirts of Tampa, so if the excitement and amenities of the city are what you're looking for, it's just minutes away. If you're feeling a need for something a bit more laid back, a day kayaking on the Alafia River may be the perfect fit. Close to Hard Rock casino, Tampa International Airport, pro sports teams, some of the most gorgeous beaches in the entire world, great restaurants and much. much more, Riverview offers it all!

So if it the sparkling water of the Gulf or golf greens calling you, I'm here to help you find the Florida home that fits you like a glove (or flip flops!)
