This home rests on absolutely hands down one of the best lots. The swimming pool is right out your front door along with the billiards room, library, and the laundry room. It just doesn’t get any better than this.
This is SO CUTE!! Love the palm trees out front, nice new front porch. The colors of the house look so beachy!!! Walking into the kitchen area, nice cabinets, and countertops. Whirlpool stove and refrigerator stay. Nice Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire home. Laying right off the kitchen is the laundry room. It houses a nice big GE washer and GE dryer (only 2 years old) This is one of the best features (inside laundry). This room has enough room to add a folding table and a rack to make laundry chores easy. The washer and dryer stay with the house or if you need an extra bed, it could even be a spare bedroom for when the grandkids come down.
The dining room and living room is located at the front of the house, and like I said just look out your window to view your palm tree and the pool. It’s an amazing view and it sinks in; this is what it is like to live the sunny Florida Resort Lifestyle. This home comes fully furnished. The dining room table and 4 chairs and the couch and loveseat, T.V., end tables and coffee table stay as well.
